Step into a key position where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will drive world-class engineering solutions for Schindler Group projects. This is a full time, permanent role. Job description: Lead application engineering processes, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and Schindler Group guidelines Coordinate resources to achieve financial, quality, and efficiency targets—delivering solutions with first pass yield and on-time delivery. Champion customer-centric support, keeping stakeholders informed and empowered with knowledge of our products and tools Design and engineer both custom and pre-engineered lift solutions, from initial concept through to delivery Produce detailed process calculations, design specifications, and layout drawings to the highest standards Perform final configuration, generate bills of materials, and prevent costly gaps in the process Profile description: Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience in engineering design and technical calculations Hands-on with CAD (ideally 3D) and AutoCAD Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Schindler’s design tools: Drive, Rail, Car Weight Calculation, LBLC, LiftDesigner, CREO Parametrics/Simulate, PNC, MODB, and Lotus Notes Customer-focused, results-driven, and a strong communicator We offer: Competitive salary with a discretionary annual bonus
