Your Tasks
- Technical management of the electrical workshop as well as control of maintenance, repair, and optimization measures
- Responsibility for the safe operation of 20-kV medium voltage systems, 400/230-V low voltage networks, transformers, switchgear, and a 20-MW thyristor rectifier plant
- Planning, design, and implementation of electrical and measurement systems for test benches
- Cost, schedule, and resource planning for repair, modernization, and new construction projects
- Ensuring high system availability through continuous optimization of electrical and measurement systems as well as supervision of building technology
- Assuming responsibility as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK)
Your Qualifications
- Completed Diploma or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by vocational training in electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the operation of 20-kV medium voltage and 400/230-V low voltage systems and in the technical leadership of an electrical workshop
- Sound knowledge in power engineering, particularly regarding transformers, switchgear, and frequency converter systems
- Experience in the planning and maintenance of electrical systems; knowledge of measurement and control technology is an advantage
- Proficient use of SAP and MS Office as well as basic knowledge of English
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills as well as the qualification or suitability as a VEFK
