Senior Business Architect, EI

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain business architecture, including business capabilities, processes and operating models. Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges and requirements. Identify opportunities to improve business processes, efficiency and customer experience. Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution concepts. Support the design and implementation of business transformation and improvement initiatives. Assess the impact of proposed changes across people, processes, technology and organisational structures. Facilitate discussions between business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment. Provide recommendations and insights to support business and strategic decision-making. Ensure business solutions and initiatives are aligned with enterprise standards and long-term objectives. Support change management and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation initiatives.
