Energy Retail Solutions

is the market leader for Point-of-Sale solutions and Energy Retail management systems in medium and large gas station and EV-Charging networks. We offer our international customers a modern software product portfolio ranging from cash register and back-office systems to payment terminals, central cloud solutions and payment apps. Our solutions are used by well-known energy corporations and retailers at home and abroad.

Your Tasks

• Do you set priorities with foresight? You are independently responsible for the customer backlog: prioritization according to Business Value, customer needs, innovative strength and reusability.
• Do you like to take an analytical approach? You evaluate new customer requirements together with Sales and Key Account Management.
• Coordination is the be-all and end-all: You work closely with the Delivery Lead and other Solution Owners, promoting innovations and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Do you enjoy transparent communication? You are the central contact person (m/f/d) for customers and stakeholders.

What you bring with you

• Degree: Studies in Business Informatics / Informatics or training as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) or comparable
• Experience in agile software development, ideally in a product- and/or customer-oriented environment with close cooperation between Business and IT
• Confident handling of common agile tools, especially Jira and Confluence
• Eloquence, such as very good English skills
• Know-how in agile backlog management
• Analytical way of thinking and working as well as team spirit
