Your tasks

• preparation of offers for repairs, modernizations, and spare parts for our international customers
• support of the service team
• preparation and follow-up of service assignments
• service-oriented support and advice for existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers

What you bring with you

• completed training in a technical field (Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Metalworker, Locksmith, or similar)
• a degree as a Technician/Master (m/f/d) or comparable qualification is desirable
• professional experience in the calculation of service services is desirable
• structured, careful, and independent way of working
• positive, confident, and friendly appearance
• good English skills in speaking and writing
