Actively shape the future of the site by taking responsibility for all topics related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management. Your commitment will contribute significantly to making the working environment not only safer but also more sustainable.
Your Tasks
- Taking over the control and further development of all EHS processes at the site with a clear focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Advising and supporting in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection, and accident prevention – always thinking one step ahead.
- Intensive cooperation with the occupational safety specialist and the company doctor on-site – together you create perspectives for tomorrow.
- Planning and implementation of internal EHS audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as company-specific standards in the areas of safety and environmental awareness.
- Acting as a central contact person and interface between internal teams, external partners, and authorities on all questions regarding occupational safety, health in the workplace, and ecological responsibility.
- Continuous maintenance, analysis, and optimization of our management systems in accordance with relevant standards such as ISO 14001 or ISO 50001 – future-oriented thinking is required here!
- Leading the cross-site committee for occupational, health, safety, and environmental issues – drive new ideas forward!
Your Profile
- Sound knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and environmental management.
- Structured, careful way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong assertiveness combined with decisiveness.
- High communication skills as well as a confident appearance when dealing with various interlocutors.
