• Responsibility for the development, management, and implementation of the HR/People strategy
• Conception and implementation of the HR Operating Model in coordination with the business strategy and organizational requirements
• Management of the strategic HR project portfolio, including prioritization, coordination, and ensuring implementation
• Leadership and substantive contribution to strategic HR projects within the Schaeffler Group
• Responsibility for planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in the HR strategy area
• Management and coordination of HR activities within the framework of group-wide M&A activities
• Functioning as a trusted strategic advisor and sparring partner for the CHRO and Senior Management
• Completed university degree or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in a leading HR management function, ideally in combination with experience in HR line management and HR consulting
• Proven experience in HR strategy, HR transformation, and project management
• Experience in the conception and implementation of HR organizational models
• Strong leadership skills in a global matrix organization
• Very good English skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, integrative, and communicative skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and move effectively in an international environment
