Project Commercial & Contract Engineer (Contract), Bangkok & Rayong

• Project contract management (Contract Administration & Interpretation - FIDIC)
• Extension of Time management (EOT Management) and Variation Order Management
• Claims management and support for Arbitration/Claims
• Commercial Risk Management and Contract Negotiation
• Advise Project Manager and oversee Client Correspondence

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; if possessing an additional Law degree or having experience in related legal work, will be given special consideration At least 5 years of experience in contract administration and Commercial work in engineering projects Good knowledge and understanding of FIDIC contracts and Commercial work Skills in managing Claims, Variation, and related basic laws Analytical skills, problem-solving, and effective coordination skills; able to use English well for work Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Employment Type: Annual Contract Employee - Protech Outsourcing Co., Ltd. Work 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) Work location: Bangkok / Rayong (can work in other provinces)
