Industrial IoT & Automation Project Engineer (Contract), Rayong

Your tasks

Manage and execute projects involving Industrial IoT, PLC, SCADA, Smart Manufacturing, and Smart Product from planning to project delivery.

Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with the defined plan, timeline, and goals.

Support the development, testing, and improvement of products and automation systems Coordinate with teams, contractors, and external service providers for installation, testing, and technical troubleshooting.

Oversee procurement, equipment inspection, stock monitoring, and hardware preparation for projects.

Analyze and monitor problem-solving during project execution and after delivery.

Verify completeness, prepare documentation, and coordinate project handover and closure.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. Knowledge or experience in PLC, SCADA, Industrial IoT, IT, Network, or Industrial Automation.
3. Basic understanding of Mechanics & Electrical systems.
4. Knowledge of Python, C++, JavaScript, Embedded System, or IT Network & Web Application will be given special consideration.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management and tracking tools.
6. Skills in project management, coordination, analysis, and problem-solving, with the ability to work well in a team.
7. English language skills at a functional level.
8. Able to work based in Rayong and travel to other areas for work.
9. Able to drive a car and must possess a driver's license.
10. Experience in Project Execution, System Integration, or Commissioning.
11. Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, or MQTT.
12. Experience in Smart Manufacturing or Industry 4.0.
13. Contract Information: 1-year contract with Pro Tech Outsourcing Co., Ltd. Contract renewal depends on project necessity, performance, and company policy.
