Head of Data & Analytics (m/f/d)
About the company
Scento is Europe's largest website for perfume decants. Founded in 2024, the company is headquartered in Paris at Place Vendôme and has a second office in Berlin. Scento offers more than 1,000 original designer and niche fragrances from a portfolio of 200 perfume houses as decants: vials of 2 ml, 5 ml, and 8 ml, as well as a 30 ml bottle for most fragrances. With perfume samples of niche and designer scents, a fragrance can be discovered before deciding on a full bottle. Every perfume is an original from authorized European retailers, and every bottle undergoes a 12-point incoming inspection in Scento's ISO-certified facility before decanting.
Scento supplies customers in 27 European markets and ships to 26 EU countries. Scento's annual revenue in 2026 is more than 30 million euros, combined online and offline. On Scento.com, the monthly sales of decants in September 2026 were 3.2 times higher than in January 2026. According to its own figures, Scento sells more than 3 million perfume decants per year, approximately one every 10 seconds. In November 2025, Scento announced that it would invest 25 million euros over three years into the discovery of perfume in Europe.
