DevOps-Kubernetes Engineer (M/F)

• Design, implement, and operate an infrastructure based on Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters in multiple environments.
• Manage infrastructure using the "Infrastructure as Code" approach (Terraform, Ansible).
• Operate shared platform services such as ArgoCD, API Gateway, Vault, databases, observability tools, Harbor, and AI platform components.
• Administer identity and access management via Keycloak (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, RBAC).
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and self-service capabilities for developers.
• Guarantee the security, reliability, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and operational excellence of the platform.
• Define and promote engineering standards, deployment best practices, and platform governance.
• Support functional teams on Kubernetes, DevOps, cloud-native technologies, and platform engineering practices.
• Collaborate closely with product teams via an integrated support model to accelerate delivery while preserving platform consistency.
