Scattered Blessings is seeking an experienced and motivated *Full-Time Spa Manager* to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing spa. We are looking for a confident, organized and hands-on leader who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, providing exceptional client experiences, and helping a team grow and succeed.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience along with a strong understanding of spa and salon services. Preference will be given to candidates with *7?10 years of spa, salon or beauty industry experience* and who have practical knowledge and skills as an *esthetician and/or licensed hairstylist*.

*Responsibilities*

The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and performance of the spa, including:

• Managing and supporting the spa team and creating a positive, professional work environment
• Overseeing daily spa operations, scheduling and appointment flow
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service and client care
• Supporting, training and mentoring estheticians, hairstylists and other spa professionals
• Monitoring service quality and ensuring Scattered Blessings' standards and procedures are followed
• Managing staff schedules, availability, time-off requests and coverage
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding and ongoing staff development
• Handling client questions, concerns and service-related situations professionally
• Maintaining appropriate spa inventory, supplies and retail product levels
• Supporting retail sales and educating the team on professional skincare and beauty products
• Identifying opportunities to grow spa services, bookings, retail sales and client retention
• Helping develop seasonal services, promotions, packages and spa initiatives
• Ensuring treatment areas, salon spaces and common areas remain clean, organized and welcoming
• Working closely with ownership and other areas of Scattered Blessings to support company goals and provide a seamless guest experience

*Preferred Qualifications*

Our preferred candidate will have:

• *7?10 years of experience within the spa, salon, esthetics or beauty industry*
• Previous management, supervisory or team-leadership experience
• Working knowledge and practical skills as an *esthetician and/or licensed hairstylist*
• A strong understanding of professional spa and salon services, client consultations and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Confidence managing schedules, priorities and a busy client-focused environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with retail skincare, beauty or salon products
• A professional, approachable and solutions-focused attitude
• The ability to lead by example and step in to support the team when necessary
• A genuine interest in the beauty, skincare, hair and wellness industries
