Then we offer you the opportunity to take on a central role as Team Lead Life Cycle Management (m/f/d) at the interface between product management, development, purchasing, quality, and supply chain. In this position, you will lead your team technically and organizationally and ensure that all activities along the product life cycle are managed efficiently, transparently, and in a future-oriented manner.
Your typical week
- Leadership and further development of the Life Cycle Management team with a focus on collaboration, goal achievement, and continuous improvement.
- Responsibility for the analysis, optimization, and further development of Life Cycle Management processes to sustainably increase efficiency, transparency, and quality.
- Advising and supporting product management on all product life cycle-related issues as well as accompanying important decisions throughout the entire product life cycle.
- Active participation in shaping day-to-day operations by managing obsolescence cases, product changes, and product discontinuations, as well as ensuring smooth process flows.
- Close cooperation with the departments of product management, purchasing, development, quality, supply chain management, sales, and service to ensure the smooth implementation of life cycle-relevant measures.
Your profile
- Completed technical training, further training as a technician (m/f/d), technical draftsman (m/f/d), engineering studies, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in product management, life cycle management, change management, or a comparable function
- Experience in the analysis, optimization, and further development of ERP processes
- Ideally initial leadership experience or experience in leading project teams
- Proficient use of ERP, PLM, or comparable systems as well as common MS Office applications
- Fluent English skills
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- Customer orientation as well as strong teamwork skills
- Hands-on mentality and a sense of responsibility
