Role Summary

Do you want to play a key role in Scania's digital transformation within logistics? As a superuser for EBBA, you are responsible for the system's implementation roadmap and serve as an expert in the connection between the system's functionality and the physical logistics process. You work closely with the business, IT, and project teams to develop, configure, and improve EBBA based on everyday needs. The role is suitable for you who want to delve deep into systems, understand process flows, and contribute to the digital logistics solutions of the future. Tasks and Responsibilities

Within the group, we drive projects independently and share knowledge and ideas with the team. Tasks include designing innovative solutions to ensure quality, productivity, and safety for new logistics challenges.

Tasks include:

• Planning, leading, and following up on logistics projects
• Monitoring developments occurring within production logistics as well as contributing to the introduction of new technologies

• Updated documentation, e.g., project status reports
• Identifying improvements in working methods and processes

• Initiating the purchase of equipment in consultation with the cost manager
• Contributing to our roadmap for logistics, which includes, among other things, product introductions, digitalization, and automation initiatives

Who You Are

We would prefer that you have: - Academic education (civil/university engineer or equivalent technical background) - At least 5 years of experience in project work, preferably within logistics development or product introductions - Advantage if you have competence in IT systems within Scania (SIMAS, MONA, EBBA, etc.) - Good knowledge of English and the desire to learn Swedish, both orally and in writing

Leadership experience and familiarity with working with complex business processes are meritorious – but most important is your desire to contribute, learn, and develop together with us.
