We are therefore looking for an exceptional Transformation Analyst to join the Chief Transformation Office. This is not a traditional reporting or PMO role. You will become a trusted analytical partner to the Chief Transformation Officer and help run the enterprise execution system behind SGL’s transformation agenda.
You will work close to the decisions that matter, with direct exposure to executive leadership, regional and functional leaders, and selected representatives of our private equity owners. Your analysis will help determine priorities, challenge assumptions, resolve performance gaps and accelerate value realisation.
The role is ideal for a highly analytical, commercially minded individual who wants exceptional responsibility, visibility and development potential early in their career.
What you can expect

Direct reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer and frequent interaction with SGL’s senior leaders across functions, regions and countries.
Exposure to our private equity owners and preparation of fact-based insights for executive, owner and Board-level discussions.

Your role
You will combine rigorous analysis with hands-on execution support. You will not only describe what is happening. You will help establish what should happen next, who owns it and how SGL follows through.
Portfolio intelligence and executive insight
Maintain a clear, fact-based view of the enterprise transformation portfolio, including priorities, milestones, interdependencies, resources, risks and decisions required.
Integrate financial, operational and initiative data into concise insights and recommendations for the Chief Transformation Officer and senior stakeholders.
Identify emerging performance gaps, challenge underlying assumptions and translate complex information into clear choices and actions.
Prepare high-quality dashboards, decision papers and materials for executive leadership, owner and Board-level discussions.
Value realisation and performance management
Build and challenge business cases, baselines, targets and benefit logic for major transformation initiatives.
Track value delivery against plan and work with Finance and initiative owners to strengthen data quality, accountability and transparency.
Perform variance, productivity, cost, cash and operational analyses and turn findings into practical actions.
Help create one source of truth for transformation performance and ensure that reporting supports decisions rather than administration.
Execution and transformation support
Support the governance and operating cadence across the transformation agenda, including preparation, action tracking, escalation and decision follow-through.
Work directly with initiative owners and regional or functional leaders to clarify plans, unblock issues and strengthen execution discipline.
Analyse cross-functional dependencies and capacity constraints and propose pragmatic sequencing or trade-offs.
Take ownership of selected high-priority analyses and workstreams from problem definition through recommendation and implementation follow-up.
Chief Transformation Officer support
Act as a trusted analytical partner to the Chief Transformation Officer on priority topics, stakeholder discussions and rapid-response assignments.
Help connect the strategy, the transformation portfolio and the performance agenda into one coherent executive view.
Contribute to communication of priorities, progress and the case for change across SGL.
Bring energy, intellectual curiosity and constructive challenge to a small team with a broad enterprise mandate.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with unusual analytical strength and the ambition to become a transformation leader. You combine precision and structure with business judgment, curiosity and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
5+ years of high-performance experience from management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, transaction services, FP&A, business intelligence or a similar analytical environment.
Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, including the ability to build business cases, interpret operational performance and test value-creation assumptions.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities; experience with Power BI, Power Apps or other visualization tools is an advantage.
