For our location in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Clerk for the Air Freight Import department (m/f/d).

• Independent processing of air freight import shipments
• Receipt, recording, and processing of orders, including ensuring smooth operational implementation
• Control and disposition of follow-up shipments
• Monitoring of deadlines, time limits, and quality specifications
• Competent advice and support for our customers
• Active communication with customers, airlines, partners, and overseas offices
• Completed commercial training, preferably as Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or a degree in the field of Transport & Logistics
• Sound professional experience in the field of air freight import or comparable areas
• Structured, service-oriented, and independent way of working
• Very good English skills as well as confident handling of common MS-Office programs as well as Transport Management Softwares
