Site Superintendent

SCAN - BILT PTE LTD is seeking a Site Superintendent for a full-time position based in the Bukom/Jurong Island at West region. As Site Superintendent, you will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and driving the success of our process engineering projects in this dynamic industrial environment. Key responsibilities Supervising and coordinating daily site operations, ensuring all activities align with project schedules and specifications

Implementing and maintaining rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all site activities

Managing site personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance management of construction and engineering teams

Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry regulations

Liaising between project management, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem resolution

Monitoring and controlling project costs, budgets, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency

Maintaining comprehensive site documentation, records, and reporting on progress, incidents, and compliance matters

Ensuring proper maintenance and security of site facilities, equipment, and materials

Identifying and resolving operational challenges whilst maintaining productivity and safety standards

Supporting the delivery of process engineering projects with technical oversight and process discipline

What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in process engineering

Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to industrial sites in Singapore

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
