Daily tasks

• providing services as part of a project implemented for a client from the financial sector, involving the development and standardization of the test automation area in an enterprise environment,
• designing test automation solution architecture for systems with high business and technological complexity,
• defining standards, strategies, and test automation roadmaps at the program or organizational level,
• implementing and developing Continuous Testing practices and integrating test automation with CI/CD processes,
• designing solutions using AI and Generative AI in software quality assurance processes,
• collaborating with project teams, architects, technical experts, and business stakeholders,
• project location: Warsaw
• service delivery mode: 100% remote,
• project budget: up to 165 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

• very good knowledge of object-oriented programming in Java, confirmed by many years of experience in commercial projects,
• very good knowledge of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Groovy used in test automation and tool integrations,
• ability to design scalable and maintainable test code in accordance with SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code best practices,
• very good knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, and Postman frameworks,
• experience in designing automation solution architecture using Selenium,
• experience in building stable end-to-end tests, parallel tests, and cross-browser tests using Playwright,
• experience in API test automation and integrating tests with CI/CD processes using Postman,
• practical experience in using low-code/no-code tools for test automation, confirmed by official manufacturer certificates,
• very good experience in automating web, mobile, and desktop application tests,
• experience in designing and implementing unit, API, and UI/end-to-end tests in accordance with the testing pyramid principles and risk-based testing,
• experience in designing advanced test automation concepts for large multi-system environments (enterprise-scale),
• experience in defining standards, strategies, and test automation development directions at the program or organizational level,
• experience in implementing Continuous Testing in organizations with high quality and regulatory requirements,
• experience in integrating test automation with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps tools,
• ability to design test pipelines that ensure fast feedback, high test stability, and clear quality reporting,
• experience in using AI and Generative AI for self-healing automated tests and reducing the number of flaky tests,
• experience in automatic generation and management of test data, including synthetic and anonymized data,
• experience in using AI to define test scope based on code change analysis, business risks, and historical data regarding tests and defects,
• experience in generating, refactoring, and optimizing test code using AI tools,
• experience in using AI to analyze test results and identify high-risk areas,
• awareness of limitations, risks, and governance aspects related to the use of AI in testing, including data quality, information security, and reproducibility of results,
• knowledge of English at a level that allows for smooth cooperation in a project environment.

Nice to have:

• experience in building Quality Assurance standards at the organizational level,
• experience in transformation projects implemented for the financial, banking, or insurance sector,
• certifications in the field of testing, software quality, or solution architecture,
• experience in defining organizational standards for the use of AI in testing processes.
