System - Business Analyst

Daily tasks

• System analysis of new functionalities and changes in existing systems.
• Designing and modeling integration solutions between systems.
• Modeling and documenting REST API.
• Creating and maintaining analytical and technical documentation.
• Preparing models and diagrams in Enterprise Architect (class, activity, component, and sequence diagrams).
• Modeling business and system processes in UML and BPMN notations.
• Cooperation with developers, architects, testers, and business representatives.
• Analysis of communication between systems using REST, Kafka, and WSO2 technologies.
• Participation in the design and implementation of changes regarding frontend and backend applications.
• Support for the implementation process and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
• Analysis of business requirements and their transformation into system requirements.
• Maintaining the consistency of project documentation and analytical standards.
• Service delivery model: Remote (occasional visits to Warszawa/Katowice)
• Budget: up to 140 PLN net + VAT/H/B2B

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis.

Current experience in technical/system analysis.

Experience in the banking or financial sector.

Practical knowledge of REST API modeling.

Very good knowledge of Enterprise Architect (EA), including class and activity diagrams.

Knowledge of UML and BPMN.

Experience in designing system integrations (REST, Kafka, WSO2).

Knowledge of SQL.

Ability to cooperate with development teams.

Ability for analytical thinking and independent problem-solving.

English language at a level that allows working with technical documentation (min. B1).

Must have: REST API, API, Enterprise Architect, UML, BPMN, Kafka, SQL
