Daily tasks

• designing and developing the target product architecture and developing supporting systems, including FUOTA mechanisms,
• designing solutions based on event-driven architecture, asynchronous communication, and integration with IoT devices,
• designing Edge Computing solutions, including system operation scenarios without constant Internet access,
• defining architectural standards, documenting design decisions (ADR), and implementing engineering best practices,
• identifying and mitigating technical debt and coordinating activities related to application security and implementing post-audit recommendations,
• technical leadership of a distributed engineering team, including work planning, code review, mentoring, and ensuring high quality of the software development process,
• collaborating with business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders and representing the team during project and governance meetings,
• justifying architectural decisions and supporting organizational development by implementing modern AI tools in the software development process.

Requirements

This offer is for you if:

you have at least 8 years of experience as a Systems Architect, Software Architect, or Tech Lead,

you have experience in designing distributed systems based on event-driven architecture,

you design high-availability, scalable, and high-performance applications,

you know Go very well and at least one of the following areas: React/Next.js or Flutter,

you have practical experience with Kafka, MQTT, and designing solutions for IoT,

you work with Kubernetes and design container-based solutions,

you design and develop REST API, gRPC, and solutions compliant with OpenAPI,

you are familiar with issues related to application security, authentication, and authorization (knowledge of Keycloak is welcome),

you have experience in designing Edge Computing solutions,

you work with relational databases and Time Series databases (e.g., InfluxDB),

you use modern AI tools supporting the software development process,

you are able to make architectural decisions and effectively communicate them to business and technical stakeholders,

you have experience in technical leadership of distributed engineering teams,

you communicate fluently in English (C1).

Nice to have:

experience with Azure or OVH

knowledge of EMQX

experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo

knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards

experience in projects in the IoT, MedTech, or other regulated environments

knowledge of Data Lake and Machine Learning issues
