Senior Software Engineer (.NET, React, AWS)

Daily tasks

• development of a platform in the FinTech / Digital Commerce area, including creating new product functionalities and developing existing solutions,
• designing, implementing, testing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient software components using .NET, React, and AWS,
• development of web applications, API, and solutions based on microservices architecture,
• analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving bugs and problems occurring in production environments,
• participating in sprint planning, task estimation, code review, and improving engineering practices,
• supporting production systems, participating in incident handling, and creating technical documentation,
• collaborating within product teams responsible for the development of specific platform areas,
• service delivery mode: remote,
• project budget: up to 150 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

• very good knowledge of .NET and React and experience in creating web applications,
• practical experience working with AWS and cloud solutions,
• experience in designing and developing API, microservices, and distributed systems,
• knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases (SQL / NoSQL),
• knowledge of software design principles, testing, design patterns, and programming best practices,
• experience working in Agile teams and participating in code review,
• designing comprehensive end-to-end solutions, making technical decisions, mentoring, and supporting team development,
• very good knowledge of English, minimum C1.

Nice to have:

• experience in the FinTech, e-commerce, marketplace or SaaS platform area,
• knowledge of cloud-native architecture and event-driven solutions,
• participation in architectural discussions and technical solution reviews,
• experience in mentoring and developing the competencies of other engineers.
