Daily tasks

• developing testing strategies and planning and coordinating testing activities in complex IT projects,
• designing test plans, test cases, and test environments,
• preparing, executing, and diagnosing application tests and test scripts,
• conducting unit, integration, functional, performance, load, acceptance, and regression testing,
• testing front-end and back-end solutions based on SharePoint On-Premises,
• testing SharePoint Online solutions and data integration in the SharePoint environment,
• analyzing functional and technical documentation for system testability,
• configuring and developing test management tools,
• verifying test results and documenting the completion of individual testing stages,
• monitoring system quality, analyzing results, and reporting progress, issues, and trends,
• documenting tests and managing detected defects,
• collaborating with analysts, architects, development teams, and service desk,
• service delivery model: hybrid with the possibility of meetings at the client's office in Warsaw,
• project budget: up to 155 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT area,

minimum 4 years of project experience in testing complex systems or in a similar position,

higher education at minimum EQF level 6 (Bachelor's or Engineer) – a computer science major is not required,

expert knowledge of software testing, including unit, integration, functional, performance, load, acceptance, and regression testing,

expert knowledge of designing test environments,

practical experience in testing complex IT systems,

experience in configuring test management tools for new projects,

experience in preparing test documentation,

experience in conducting and coordinating tests in complex projects,

practical knowledge of testing tools and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes,

experience in testing front-end and back-end solutions based on SharePoint On-Premises,

experience in testing data integration in the SharePoint environment,

experience in testing SharePoint Online solutions,

analytical thinking skills, accuracy, and the ability to quickly learn new topics,

very good communication and documentation skills,

English language proficiency at minimum B2 level,

knowledge of test management standards, confirmed by ISTQB Advanced certification or equivalent, or appropriate practical experience in test management.
