Senior .NET Fullstack Developer / Lead (React)

Daily tasks

• designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-class web applications using .NET Core / .NET 8, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server,
• developing SPA-type applications using React and TypeScript technologies,
• designing application layers, including the data layer, business logic, and user interface,
• translating business and technical requirements into solution designs using UML,
• providing technical leadership to development teams and defining software production standards,
• developing and maintaining build and deployment processes using Azure DevOps Pipelines,
• deploying and maintaining applications in Windows/IIS environments and container or virtualization platforms such as Nutanix and OpenShift,
• developing background task processing mechanisms, e.g., using Hangfire, and handling ASP.NET Core Data Protection and certificates,
• integrating applications with SAML 2.0 / Microsoft Entra ID, PDF and image processing libraries, and document management system interfaces,
• analyzing and remediating security vulnerabilities, including those resulting from Checkmarx scans and penetration tests,
• taking over existing solutions from external vendors, performing code reviews, and analyzing technical debt,
• supporting production systems, including incident analysis, change and release management, UAT support, and providing second and third-line support services,
• optimizing solutions for performance, security, and quality,
• preparing technical documentation, estimations, prototypes, and testing tools,
• collaborating with external vendors during the solution handover period and L3 support implementation,
• service delivery model: hybrid, with a preference for remote work and the possibility of meetings at the client's office in Warsaw,
• project budget: up to 185 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT, including a minimum of 3 years of project experience in a role matching the profile,

experience in implementing at least one full software development life cycle,

expert knowledge of designing and developing enterprise-class systems,

very good knowledge of .NET Core / .NET 8, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server,

practical experience in developing React / TypeScript SPA applications,

experience in building and deploying applications using Azure DevOps Pipelines,

experience in deploying and maintaining applications on Windows/IIS and container or virtualization platforms, e.g., Nutanix / OpenShift,

knowledge of background task handling frameworks, e.g., Hangfire, as well as ASP.NET Core Data Protection mechanisms and certificate management,

experience in analyzing and remediating vulnerabilities detected by security tools, e.g., Checkmarx, and during penetration tests,

experience in integration with SAML 2.0 / Microsoft Entra ID, PDF and image processing, and integration with document management systems,

experience in taking over code from external vendors, code review, technical debt management, and L3 support,

experience in supporting production systems in large organizations, including release management, CAB, UAT, and incident analysis,

knowledge of UML and the ability to design applications using diagrams,

experience in designing the data layer, business logic, and user interface,

experience in projects implemented using the Scrum methodology,

ability to technically lead development teams,

ability to prepare technical documentation and solve complex problems,

knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level, confirmed by a certificate,

higher education at a minimum Bachelor's level (EQF 6),

possession of at least one recognized technological certificate in the field of software development.
