Daily tasks
- participation in a project from the banking sector,
- development of modern solutions based on microservices architecture,
- building and developing CI/CD processes,
- designing distributed systems,
- adhering to code quality standards, code review,
- performing software testing,
- solving complex technical problems,
- mentoring other team members,
- service delivery mode: remote + occasional team meetings in the Warsaw office,
- project budget: up to 125 PLN net + VAT/h, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.
Requirements
Competencies required to perform the services:
- minimum 6 years of experience as a Backend Developer, including experience in a Technical Leader role,
- very good knowledge of Java,
- experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, and REST communication,
- ability to use GIT, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift,
- experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka),
- practical skill in designing distributed systems,
- practical experience in building and developing CI/CD processes,
- knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB databases,
- ability to use AI tools in daily tasks,
- knowledge of DDD,
- experience in defining and enforcing code quality standards, testing, and code review,
- experience in mentoring other developers,
- basic knowledge of leadership topics,
- STEM education,
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
