Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET + React)

Daily tasks
- designing and developing modern solutions for the maritime industry,
- analyzing business requirements and proposing and implementing technological solutions,
- developing and maintaining applications based on microservices architecture in the Azure environment,
- creating and developing backend services in .NET/C#, Web API, and GraphQL technologies,
- developing frontend applications in React and TypeScript, with attention to high quality and user interface performance,
- collaborating with international project teams in an Agile environment,
- utilizing AI tools that support software development,
- project location: Gdynia,
- service delivery mode: hybrid: 3 days a week working from the office,
- project budget: up to 160 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.
Requirements
Competencies required to perform the services:
minimum 8 years of commercial experience in programming with .NET/C# technology,
practical experience in the Fullstack Developer role covering backend, frontend, databases, and cloud solutions,
very good knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies,
experience in designing and developing microservices architecture,
practical knowledge of Azure, Web API, GraphQL, Azure Service Bus, and MS SQL,
experience in the full application lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance,
experience working with AI tools that support software development (Microsoft Copilot or similar),
experience working in Agile methodologies,
fluency in English,
availability ASAP.
Nice to have:
experience in data-driven projects,
knowledge of issues related to Machine Learning and automation,
experience in projects operating in both cloud and on-premise environments,
experience in high-availability systems with a large user scale.
