Daily tasks

• participation in an international project implemented for the defense sector,
• co-creating a new platform for creating, managing, and sharing terminological and semantic resources,
• gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements,
• close cooperation with stakeholders and the project team in an international environment,
• analysis and modeling of business processes and workflow,
• supporting data migration processes, including data source analysis, defining migration rules, and preparing mappings,
• participation in defining and analyzing system integrations and requirements regarding API, SSO, and authentication mechanisms,
• preparing User Stories, supporting backlog management, and participating in Sprint Planning and UAT,
• collaborating on the design of solutions in the areas of Knowledge Management, Enterprise Search, and metadata management,
• participation in the implementation of a large transformation project conducted using Agile methodologies,
• providing services in a 100% remote model,
• a rate of up to 160 PLN/h based on B2B cooperation.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

minimum 7-10 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst,

experience in implementing large transformation projects with a budget exceeding 1 million EUR,

experience in projects implemented for public administration, the defense sector, or international organizations,

experience in cooperating with multiple stakeholder groups,

practical knowledge of BPMN and experience working with workflow systems, approval processes, and case management,

experience in data migration analysis, including Data Discovery, preparing mappings, and defining migration rules,

knowledge of issues related to system integrations,

knowledge of REST API, OAuth, OIDC, and SSO,

experience in Agile Product Discovery,

practical experience in creating User Stories, backlog management, Sprint Planning, UAT, and prototyping,

very good knowledge of English at a minimum C1 level,

possession of a certificate confirming English language proficiency at the C1 level or readiness to obtain one,

higher education at a minimum Level 6 (Bachelor's degree).

nice to have:

experience in projects in the area of Knowledge Management,

experience with CMS, Document Management, and Enterprise Search systems,

knowledge of Taxonomy, Metadata Management, and Semantic Search issues,

knowledge of semantic technologies such as RDF, SKOS, OWL, Knowledge Graph, and Ontology,

knowledge of the French language at a B1/B2 level.
