Daily tasks

• Designing, building, and maintaining business process automation using Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Workato.
• Analyzing and mapping business processes together with process owners before automation implementation.
• Integrating corporate systems, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, DocuSign, JIRA, and other business platforms.
• Creating and developing solutions using API, MCP, and SDK for data exchange and communication between systems.
• Preparing and maintaining Python scripts supporting process automation, data transformation, and integrations.
• Monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving problems occurring in the production environment.
• Documenting processes, solution architectures, and use cases using tools such as draw.io, Mural, and wiki.
• Identifying and implementing AI solutions where they bring real business value and optimize operational processes.
• Collaborating with business and technical teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

Practical experience in building automation using Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Workato.

Experience in integrating systems via REST API, HTTP, MCP, or SDK.

Ability to test and diagnose API services using tools such as Postman.

Experience in creating Python scripts for automation and integration purposes.

Strong analytical and process competencies, including the analysis and mapping of business processes before their automation.

Experience in automating HR processes and processes supporting the legal area.

Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, as well as JIRA tools and wiki-type solutions.

English language at a minimum level of C1.
