Daily tasks
- performing services related to the migration of an existing application to a solution based on Flutter, while preserving key business functionalities,
- development of mobile and desktop applications for the healthcare/IoT environment,
- designing application architecture taking into account the maintainability, scalability, and testability of the solution,
- implementation of screens, user flows, and functionalities related to alerts, notifications, and communication with devices,
- integration of applications with backend services using REST API, MQTT, and WebSocket,
- implementation of solutions ensuring offline scenario support, data synchronization, and resilience to connectivity issues,
- collaboration with the project team, architects, QA specialists, and DevOps during project execution,
- participation in preparing the CI/CD process and publishing applications in App Store and Google Play,
- documenting key technical decisions and supporting the development of a modern Flutter solution,
- project location: Wrocław,
- service delivery model: remote,
- project budget: up to 150 PLN/h depending on experience and the scope of services provided.
Requirements
Competencies required to perform the services:
minimum 5 years of experience in implementing projects using Flutter and the Dart language,
experience in creating production mobile (Android, iOS) and desktop applications,
experience in migrating or rebuilding existing applications while preserving business functionalities,
practical knowledge of running Flutter applications on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms,
good knowledge of mobile application architecture, state management, and designing modular and testable solutions,
experience with state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider),
experience in integration with REST API, MQTT, and WebSocket,
knowledge of event-driven communication patterns,
experience with telemetry, logging, and mobile application monitoring mechanisms,
practical knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure data storage mechanisms,
experience in implementing offline scenarios, data synchronization, and error handling and request retries,
experience in testing Flutter applications (unit, widget, and integration tests),
knowledge of CI/CD processes and preparing releases for App Store and Google Play,
attention to UX quality, responsiveness, and application accessibility,
experience in collaborating with distributed project teams,
knowledge of the English language enabling free technical communication - min. B2/C1.
Nice to have
experience in projects in the healthcare, MedTech, or other regulated environments,
experience in building applications for non-technical users,
experience in migrating native or hybrid applications to Flutter,
knowledge of Keycloak or other IAM solutions,
knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards,
knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, or Go technologies.
