Daily tasks

• providing services within a project in the banking industry regarding the construction and development of a central dictionary application and corporate reference data,
• analysis and verification of data structures and data models in Oracle and PostgreSQL environments,
• designing, developing, and maintaining conversion tables and corporate reference dictionaries, including defining new data attributes,
• performing data migration, export, and transformation processes, including processing data into CSV formats,
• collaborating with analysts, architects, developers, and business owners regarding changes related to reference data management,
• ensuring the consistency, quality, and correctness of data used by banking systems,
• project location: Warsaw,
• service delivery mode: hybrid, including presence in the Warsaw office 2 days a week,
• project budget: up to 125 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

minimum 3 years of experience in database development and maintenance,

very good knowledge of Oracle and SQL,

experience working with PostgreSQL or readiness to provide services in this environment,

experience in designing and maintaining data structures and data models,

experience in performing data migrations, integrations, and transformations,

knowledge of issues related to reference data and data quality,

ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions,

experience working in a multi-team project environment,

knowledge of English at a level that allows working with technical documentation.

Nice to have:

experience in projects for the banking sector,

practical knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) issues,

experience working with central reference dictionaries,

experience in large corporate environments.
