Daily tasks

• participation in strategic initiatives in the field of Cyber Infrastructure Security in an international environment,
• defining security strategies for a selected infrastructure area: Public Cloud (AWS/Azure), Mainframe, Workplace, or Network Security,
• defining security requirements for new and evolving products and infrastructural solutions,
• developing and evolving security standards, policies, and guidelines,
• supporting architects and infrastructure teams in terms of risk reduction and compliance with cybersecurity requirements,
• conducting risk analyses, security reviews, and defining risk mitigation strategies,
• expert consultancy in initiatives related to, among others, cloud transformation, compliance, and audits,
• assessing architecture and infrastructural solutions from a security perspective,
• collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, infrastructure teams, and Information Security,
• participating in governance initiatives, including Architecture Boards, Cyber Committees, and working groups,
• representing the Cybersecurity perspective and justifying the recommended security approach to stakeholders,
• project location: Warsaw,
• service delivery mode: hybrid (meetings 3 times a week at the client's office in Warsaw),
• project budget: up to 175 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

min. 7 years of experience in IT, including min. 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Infrastructure Security.

expert knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Public Cloud Security (AWS/Azure), Mainframe Security, Workplace Security, or Network Security,

experience in defining security architecture, security standards, policies, and security requirements,

practical experience in risk assessment, security reviews, compliance, and risk mitigation,

broad knowledge of infrastructural technologies and IT security mechanisms,

experience collaborating with architects, infrastructure teams, and Information Security,

ability to analyze complex solutions and risks and translate them into specific security recommendations,

experience in security governance initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholder groups,

very good communication, analytical, and advisory skills, as well as the ability to justify the recommended security approach,

knowledge of English (C1) enabling free cooperation in an international environment.

Nice to have

experience in large, international enterprise environments,

experience in the financial sector or other regulated environments,

participation in projects related to cloud transformation, regulatory compliance, or security audits,

experience in creating security strategies for complex infrastructural environments,

certificates in the field of cybersecurity, cloud security, or risk management.
