Daily tasks

• maintenance, configuration, and development of cybersecurity solutions,
• security monitoring as well as incident and vulnerability management,
• implementing and maintaining security controls, procedures, and standards,
• cooperation with infrastructure, network, and systems teams regarding IT security,
• participation in the design, implementation, and improvement of security solutions,
• creating technical documentation and recommending improvements in the security area,
• service delivery mode: work from the office in Warsaw for 50% of the working time,
• project budget: up to 245 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

a Master's degree,

minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in the field of cybersecurity,

English language at a minimum B2 level,

minimum 3 certificates in the field of IT security (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, GSEC, or equivalent),

knowledge of the security of operating systems, computer networks, and security control mechanisms,

knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Secure Coding principles, and offensive and defensive security practices,

experience in risk analysis, vulnerability management, security testing, and the integration and implementation of security solutions,

knowledge of security standards and best practices, particularly ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and OWASP,

good knowledge of network protocols (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP, NTP, PKI/CA),

experience with IAM solutions and SIEM, XDR, and NDR class tools,

experience in the maintenance, administration, and integration of IT systems and knowledge of the Tiering model,

ability to create technical documentation (PoC/TDD), security procedures and policies, and recommend improvements in the field of cybersecurity,

very good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
