Daily tasks

• designing and implementing workflows for processes carried out for business lines,
• building complex decision logic and process state models,
• implementing and maintaining integrations between systems,
• optimizing process performance and event handling,
• close cooperation with analysts in translating operational processes into system solutions,
• active participation in shaping the architecture of workflow solutions within the organization,
• project location: Wrocław,
• project budget: up to 170 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

• minimum 4 years of experience in implementing processes on the WEBCON BPS platform,
• knowledge of the WEBCON BPS platform architecture,
• ability to analyze logs, performance, and database optimization,
• good understanding of BPMS principles and workflow automation,
• good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to optimize processes,
• very good communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders,
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
