Your tasks

• independent management of business initiatives in the FX area within the banking sector,
• cooperation with FX Trading, FX Sales, IT teams, and business stakeholders,
• gathering, analyzing, and detailing business and functional requirements,
• translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and the scope of solutions,
• managing the product backlog and prioritizing work,
• analyzing processes related to pricing, quoting, and executing FX transactions,
• participating in design, testing, business acceptance, and implementation of new functionalities,
• coordinating cooperation between the business and IT teams,
• preparing documentation and business recommendations, supporting the analysis of production problems and identifying improvements,
• service delivery model: remote,
• project budget: up to 140 PLN/h + VAT.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services

• higher education (finance, economics, management, marketing, or related fields),
• min. 5 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst, Business-System Analyst, or Customer Journey Specialist,
• knowledge of the foreign exchange market and FX Spot, FX Forward, and FX Swap products,
• knowledge of pricing, quoting, and executing FX transactions processes,
• experience in requirements management, backlog management, and scope prioritization,
• ability to cooperate effectively at the intersection of business and IT,
• independence, sense of ownership, and decision-making skills,
• communicative knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Nice to have: experience in the Product Owner role or independently leading product initiatives, knowledge of eTrading, Financial Markets, or Treasury areas, experience working with Bloomberg FXGO, 360T, FXall, or Integral platforms.
