Daily tasks

• participation in the construction and development of the AI service portfolio for clients from Poland, DACH, UK, and USA,
• designing and implementing systems based on GenAI, AI agents, and RAG solutions in production environments,
• collaborating with clients from the business problem identification stage, through proof of concept, up to production implementation,
• designing AI solution architecture, selecting models, infrastructure, and cost optimization strategies,
• conducting technical workshops and participating in conversations with architects, CTOs, and business decision-makers,
• supporting the sales team in the area of presales and solution consulting,
• implementing projects for clients in domains such as energy, finance, and banking,
• developing internal AI tools and agents supporting Scalo processes,
• the possibility of building and leading your own technical teams along with the development of the AI organization,
• working in an AI-native delivery model using modern tools supported by AI,
• fully remote work with occasional office visits + business trips,
• rate up to 220 PLN/h on B2B depending on experience.

Requirements

This offer is for you if:

you have practical experience in delivering commercial projects based on AI and can talk about their architecture, challenges, and business effects,

you design and implement production-grade RAG solutions and agentic systems,

you have practical experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and integrating agents with business systems,

you work daily with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development solutions,

you can quickly translate an ambiguous business problem into a working prototype or proof of concept,

you understand issues related to enterprise system architecture and making technical decisions at the level of the entire solution,

you have experience in designing application, integration, or cloud architecture as an Architect, Lead Developer, or Principal Engineer,

you are familiar with issues related to security, data protection, compliance, and enterprise environment constraints,

you have experience in optimizing the costs of using AI models and infrastructure,

you communicate fluently in English (min. C1),

you feel comfortable in consulting work and direct contact with the client.
