AI Platform Architect

Daily tasks

• technical leadership of the AI Platform development,
• designing and developing GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions,
• defining technological and architectural standards,
• building and developing DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps practices,
• mentoring the team and participating in architectural reviews,
• cooperation with Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Architecture teams,
• service delivery mode: hybrid (meetings once a week at the client's office in Warsaw),
• project budget: up to 250 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

min. 8 years of experience in IT,

min. 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader,

experience in designing and building AI/GenAI platforms,

expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure,

very good knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning,

experience with Azure API Management and AKS,

expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code,

experience in the areas of DevOps, MLOps, Governance, Observability, and FinOps,

practical knowledge of solutions based on LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI,

communicative knowledge of English.

Nice to have: Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, knowledge of MCP, Azure Content Safety, and AI Governance, experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector, Azure or CKA certificates.
