Daily tasks

• designing, developing, testing, and implementing artificial intelligence-based functionalities within a FinTech / Digital Commerce platform,
• designing the architecture of new functionalities and building scalable, secure, and efficient AI services,
• developing integrations using Large Language Models (LLM) as well as AI/ML services and solutions,
• designing and developing APIs, microservices, and solutions based on distributed systems architecture,
• estimating work, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the quality, scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions,
• mentoring engineers and supporting the team in making technical decisions,
• evaluating and implementing new technologies, libraries, AI frameworks, and engineering best practices,
• service delivery mode: remote,
• project budget: up to 150 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

• experience in a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer position,
• advanced knowledge of Python and practical experience in creating applications and services utilizing AI,
• experience working with Large Language Models (LLM), AI services, or Machine Learning solutions,
• very good knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, testing, and designing scalable and maintainable solutions,
• designing and developing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems,
• knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases,
• working with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and knowledge of CI/CD and container environments,
• English at C1 level.

Nice to have:

• creating Generative AI solutions and AI assistants,
• deploying AI/ML models to production environments and knowledge of MLOps practices,
• experience in the FinTech, e-commerce, marketplace, or digital commerce areas,
• mentoring engineers and developing team competencies,
• knowledge of new AI technologies, libraries, and frameworks.
