AI Engineer (Mobile & Agentic Engineering)

Daily tasks

• providing services within a project in the e-commerce industry, related to the development of AI solutions supporting teams responsible for mobile applications,
• designing and developing AI tools supporting the entire software development life cycle (SDLC),
• creating solutions using LLM models for code generation, automating code review, testing, and code quality analysis,
• designing and developing solutions based on AI Agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and Context Engineering,
• integrating AI solutions with developer processes and CI/CD platforms,
• developing tools supporting the creation of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms,
• defining standards and best practices regarding the use of AI in the mobile product development process,
• identifying automation areas and implementing solutions that increase the efficiency of engineering teams,
• service delivery mode: 100% remote,
• project budget: up to 170 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and the scope of services provided.

Requirements

Competencies required to perform the services:

minimum 6 years of experience in mobile application development,

very good knowledge of the Android platform, including Kotlin, Jetpack Components, and modern mobile application architectures,

practical experience in designing and implementing solutions based on LLM, AI Agents, MCP, and Context Engineering,

building solutions using RAG, embeddings, and vector databases,

integration of AI models with existing systems and engineering processes,

configuration and maintenance of CI/CD for mobile applications,

experience in test automation and software quality assurance,

knowledge of backend integrations and microservices architecture,

the ability to translate AI technology capabilities into specific improvements in product and engineering processes,

very good knowledge of English, minimum B2+/C1.

Nice to have:

experience in creating iOS applications using Swift,

Full Stack experience using Python and React,

knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform,

experience in using AI to automate mobile tests,

knowledge of the AWS cloud platform,

experience in building multi-agent AI systems.
