Are you a Supplier Development Manager Engineer or do you aspire to become one?

We have several opportunities to strengthen our teams in Toulouse. Your role?

Integrated within the teams of our client, a key player in the aeronautical industry, your mission will be to: Accompany our client in their supply chain performance management Propose concrete solutions and tools to improve supplier performance Prioritize production activities to cover end customers Identify supplier weaknesses and propose optimization solutions with the aim of improving their maturity Support the resolution of quality and production issues (capacity, optimization, SMED etc…) Implement and monitor corrective actions Take the lead on initiatives, challenge results and facilitate decision-making

Your assets to succeed: Graduate of a Master's or an engineering school, you have at least 6 years of experience in quality/Supply Chain. You master EN 9100 and EN 9110 quality standards. Experience in the industrial sector (aeronautics, automotive, railway…) is a major asset. You master production activities and are able to accompany/coach suppliers in their crisis management. English is indispensable for this position.

You excel in transverse management, coordinating several departments and scopes. Your personal qualities: rigor, analytical spirit, leadership and ability to propose solutions.
