Your role as Senior Platform Product Manager (F/M) As part of the development of a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform dedicated to a major VOD/streaming player, you will be responsible for the core of the platform: its foundations, its product architecture, its design system and the overall user experience. You will guarantee consistency between the different business modules (catalogue, editorial, users, data, partner integration) managed by other teams, in order to offer a unified and fluid platform. Your missions Define the vision, strategy and roadmap of the B2B platform core. Ensure a homogeneous user experience between modules (navigation, information architecture, permission management, IA layer in the interface). Manage the design system as a product naturally adopted by the teams. Drive shared foundations: identity management, roles, authorizations, configuration, client customization, etc. Coordinate teams without hierarchical authority, relying on clarity, obviousness and attractive standards. Lead the discovery phase (client interviews, observation, prototypes) and drive delivery (specifications, prioritization, incremental releases, measurement of results). Define and monitor success indicators (adoption, task completion time, onboarding, support load). What we are looking for in you Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, including several on multi-tenant B2B SaaS platforms. A true technical culture allowing you to exchange with all types of interlocutors (engineers, business sponsors) and to challenge technical teams on their choices. Ability to think in systems and manage dependencies between teams. Solid experience in discovery and delivery (interviews, scoping, prioritization, writing specs, measuring results). Mastery of English. Desired technical skills Mastery of IA tools and methods in product practice.
