Your tasks

Your role Within a multidisciplinary project organization, you will ensure the technical responsibility for product development and coordinate the various disciplines involved in the design of Li-ion battery systems.

In this capacity, your main missions will be

• Define and manage the project's engineering work packages;
• Analyze and respond to customer requirements while respecting quality, cost, deadline, and performance objectives;
• Act as the guarantor of technical choices and their validation;
• Coordinate the activities of the System, BMS Hardware, and Software teams;
• Ensure the technical management of developments and the processing of technical facts;
• Monitor study costs, scheduling, and project indicators;
• Participate in the preparation of technical offers during the pre-sales phase;
• Provide technical support to related teams during the series production life phases.

Requirements

Education

• Engineering degree or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical coordination and management of complex industrial projects.

Technical skills

• System engineering;
• Electronics and electrotechnics;
• Embedded software;
• Mechanics and thermal;
• Requirements management (DOORS);
• Configuration management;
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems;
• Project management and transverse management.

Tools

• DOORS;
• Microsoft Office and MS Project;
• PLM tools;
• ERP.

Languages

• Fluent professional English is essential.
