Scheduling Manager

Main Missions of the Scheduling Manager (transversal) You are the functional and methodological referent for your field. Steering Improvement and Maturity Growth: Lead improvement projects. Facilitate business network reviews.
Expertise and Support: Guarantee the correct application of business rules and their integration into IS. Provide expert support. Train and support teams.
Mapping and Repository: Map information and decision flows and ensure up-to-date documentation. Ensure business data governance. Conduct Benchmarking actions.
Business Focus: Internal flow optimization. Production planning, resource allocation (machines, labor), sequencing, and order release. Mastery of MRP II (Gantt, load/capacity, cycle time). Deliverables / Key Indicators: Respect for production deadlines (OTD), Resource/Capacity utilization rate, Schedule compliance rate (vs. actual), Scheduling performance.
Technical Skills & Business Expertise (Hard Skills) Experience: approximately 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, with recognized expertise in the targeted field (Procurement or Scheduling/Planning) in an industrial environment. Information Systems: Indispensable expertise in Supply Chain ERP, particularly in the logistics/planning module of a major ERP. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (or Baan) and MRP II/Advanced Planning Systems (APS) principles is a major asset. Methodology: Mastery of continuous improvement concepts (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) and project management methodologies. You have solid experience in process modeling and business data management. Languages: Fluent English (written and oral) is imperative (international context and Group transformation). Behavioral & Managerial Skills (Soft Skills) Transversal Leadership: Ability to facilitate a business network and influence without hierarchical links (facilitating reviews, co-construction workshops). Pedagogy and Communication: Strong skills in training and support (OJT). Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences (operators, management, IT). Analysis and Synthesis: Ability to map information/decision flows, analyze process maturity, and propose clear roadmaps. Solution Orientation & Resilience: Initiative to resolve complex problems. Ability to work under pressure and manage the ambiguity inherent in transformation projects.
