Today, we are looking for a Space Project Quality Manager / Engineer to intervene within the teams of our client, a leading global player in the design and realization of space systems. In this strategic role, you will be a key player in the project's success, guaranteeing product compliance, risk management, and customer satisfaction throughout the development cycle. If you like evolving in complex technical environments, taking on high-impact challenges, and collaborating with passionate experts, this position is for you. 🌟 Your daily life As a Space Project Quality Manager / Engineer, you are the Quality reference for the program and work in close collaboration with the Project, Engineering, and Management teams. Your main missions will be to: ✅ Pilot and coordinate all Quality activities of the project: Product Quality Assurance (internal and suppliers) Reliability Safety EEE Components Materials & Processes Radiation Production & AIT Software ✅ Ensure the proper application of contractual requirements and applicable quality standards. ✅ Actively participate in the identification, analysis, and control of project risks. ✅ Ensure the privileged interface with the client on all Quality aspects. ✅ Prepare, consolidate, and present evidence of compliance demonstrating that products meet program requirements. ✅ Contribute to technical reviews, audits, and client meetings. ✅ Pilot the processing of non-conformities, quality alerts, and root cause analyses. ✅ Provide an independent view on the project and exercise, when necessary, your right to alert in order to secure program commitments.
Your profile Graduate of an engineering school or a Bac+5 level training. You have proven successful experience in Project Quality Assurance or Product Quality in a demanding environment (space, aeronautics, defense, nuclear, railway, or high-tech industry). You master quality standards, risk management, and non-conformity processing. You are recognized for your ability to unite, challenge, and collaborate with various stakeholders. You possess a good level of professional English.
