Project & Product Quality Assurance Manager M/F Sophia Antipolis Salary: 46-53k What will your role be? You will join the teams of our client, a leading player in the defense sector, in order to strengthen the quality assurance pole. In this capacity, you will be in charge of the quality monitoring of products and projects currently under development. Your missions will consist of: Defining, implementing and ensuring the monitoring of project/product quality plans Preparing, facilitating and monitoring development quality reviews (CDR, TRR...) Organizing and facilitating documentary reviews ( peer reviews ) Participating in pre-FAT and FAT activities (pre-acceptance and client acceptance) Developing and maintaining quality plans, associated procedures and performance indicators Ensuring the compliance of deliverables (documents, products, tests) with the applicable quality framework Contributing to the management of non-conformities ( NRB )
What we are looking for in you: With a Bac+5 degree or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in project and product quality assurance You possess solid knowledge of problem-solving methods and root cause analysis You have a good understanding of product development cycles Knowledge of aeronautical and defense environments, as well as CHORUS and PALMA tools would be a real asset You are recognized for your ability to synthesize, your communication skills, and your ability to find solutions Professional English required (written and oral)
