- Context and purpose of the position
As part of the development and industrialization of exchanges between the Group's applications, the IT Department is looking for a Workato Architecture & Coordination Manager. The holder is the technical referent for the Workato platform. They define architecture principles, organize and secure the integration lifecycle, coordinate the Workato developer team based in India, and work in close collaboration with application managers, Infrastructure and Security teams, as well as business stakeholders.
- Main responsibilities
Integration Architecture Define, document, and maintain the Group's integration architecture standards. Design exchanges between SaaS, ERP, CRM, SIRH, BI, and business applications. Analyze needs, propose suitable patterns, and validate technical choices. Guarantee the reusability, performance, maintainability, and security of flows. Participate in architecture reviews and anticipate impacts related to application evolutions.
Workato Platform Governance Define naming, development, documentation, and deployment rules. Organize the management of development, test, and production environments. Master access, roles, connections, secrets, and principles of least privilege. Implement best practices for versioning, review, and production deployment. Monitor capacity, platform usage, licenses, and obsolescence risks.
Coordination and management of developments Functionally coordinate the three Workato developers based in India. Qualify and prioritize requests in connection with the Group Application Manager. Allocate work, clarify expectations, and monitor the progress of achievements. Organize design and code reviews, then validate quality before delivery. Support the team's skill development and promote knowledge sharing.
- Operational responsibilities
Project and request management Participate in scoping, technical workshops, and workload estimations. Translate functional needs into clear and feasible integration solutions. Identify dependencies, technical risks, and security prerequisites. Coordinate internal contributors, publishers, and external partners. Communicate regularly on progress, arbitration, and alerts.
Operations, support, and continuous improvement Provide level 3 expertise on complex incidents related to integrations. Define supervision, alerts, recovery procedures, and operational instructions. Analyze recurring incidents and manage corrective and preventive actions. Monitor availability, reliability, performance, and processing time indicators. Maintain documentation usable by support and development teams.
Security and compliance Apply the Group's security requirements to connectors, APIs, and exchanged data. Ensure the protection of sensitive data and the traceability of processing. Contribute to risk analyses, audits, and remediation plans. Guarantee compliance with change and production deployment processes.
- Profile sought
Essential technical skills Proven expertise in Workato and the design of integration recipes. Mastery of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0. Experience with Cloud and SaaS architectures, error management, and flow supervision. Mastery of the development lifecycle: design, testing, deployment, operations, and documentation. Ability to diagnose complex incidents and propose sustainable solutions.
Appreciated skills Knowledge of an ERP such as Unit4 and a CRM such as Salesforce. Practice of Git, API management platforms, DevOps, or other iPaaS solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Power Platform, or ETL tools. Experience in international and multi-vendor application environments.
Experience and training Higher education in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent field. Significant experience in application integration, ideally at least 7 years. Proven experience on Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform, ideally at least 5 years. Experience in technical coordination, solution review, or functional management of a distributed team. Professional English is essential, both written and spoken.
