We are looking for a Process Engineer to perform the following activities: Analyse and understand existing manufacturing and production processes. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation. Design and develop automated solutions to improve production efficiency and quality. Work on processes involving assembly and part handling. Develop solutions for silicone dispensing and other physical/chemical processes. Define technical requirements for new production solutions. Collaborate with production, engineering and automation teams.
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Bachelor/Master degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering. Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and translate them into technical solutions. Soft skills: Problem solving Good communication skills Goal-oriented approach Self-Driven Proactive to solution Teamwork Languages: French English (fluent, oral and written)
