You will act as a true right hand to the IT project management or project managers. You guarantee a transverse, integrated, and objective vision of the status of a project or a complex IT project portfolio. Your objective is to structure approaches, control risks, and optimize costs and deadlines. Main Missions: Governance and Methodology: Deploy and guarantee compliance with project management processes, standards, and best practices within the organization. Planning & Steering: Create, monitor, and consolidate schedules (identification of the critical path, milestones, resource management). Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and update budgets, analyze financial variances, and propose corrective measures. Risk Monitoring: Identify, assess, and monitor risks and associated mitigation plans, in collaboration with operational teams and suppliers. Reporting & KPI: Implement dashboards, analyze performance indicators (KPI), and prepare materials for steering committees.

Profile Sought: Education: Master's degree level (Engineering school, business school, or University Master's with a specialization in project management / management). Experience: Generally required between 3 and 7 years of experience (sometimes accessible from 1 to 3 years for junior profiles in specific industrial sectors). Required Skills (Hard & Soft Skills): Planning and BI Tools: Excellent mastery of Planisware Enterprise, Excel (advanced) or data visualization tools (Power BI) Soft Skills: Power of conviction, interpersonal skills, analytical rigor, synthesis skills, and adaptability to the consultant context. Languages: Professional English often indispensable due to the context of international clients (e.g., aeronautics, space).
