As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and validation of complex systems. You will be responsible for formalizing requirements, coordinating the analysis of client needs and envisioned solutions, as well as the verification and validation of the developed system. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with different technical teams throughout the system lifecycle. Your responsibilities will be as follows: Participate in the analysis of needs from clients/prospects and internal stakeholders. Write and manage technical requirement specifications. Contribute to system modeling via the SysML language (behavioral, activity, sequence, state diagrams, etc.). Implement MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) methodologies to ensure requirement traceability. Deploy and manage requirements management tools (IBM Rational DOORS, IBM Rational Rhapsody, etc.). Perform functional analyses and safety studies (Safety). Produce deliverables related to Systems Engineering throughout the development cycle. Contribute to technological monitoring and ensure compliance with applicable standards (ISO 15288, INCOSE recommendations). Prepare and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders, including during short missions abroad.
Engineering degree with an orientation in Electronics or a similar technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or an equivalent position in an industrial sector. Knowledge of Systems Engineering methods and standards (INCOSE, ISO 15288). Proficiency in modeling tools (SysML, IBM Rational DOORS, IBM Rational Rhapsody, Matlab Simulink). Strong analytical, synthesis, and coordination skills. Ability to navigate between technical details and the global vision of the system. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in technical English (written and oral). Experience in the Defense or Aerospace sectors is a plus.
