About the position As part of the reinforcement of its quality and compliance activities, our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (QUAM) to lead the quality management system within a demanding and highly regulated industrial environment. You will contribute to maintaining quality standards, regulatory compliance and the continuous improvement of the organization's processes. Your missions Reporting to the Quality Department, you will be responsible for: Leading and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) Guaranteeing compliance with normative, regulatory and customer requirements Deploying, harmonizing and evolving the organization's quality processes Preparing, conducting and coordinating internal, external and customer audits Ensuring the follow-up of non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement plans Implementing and monitoring quality performance indicators (KPI) Leading quality risk analyses and compliance assessments Supporting operational teams in the application of quality requirements Contributing to the quality culture and continuous improvement processes Ensuring the interface with internal stakeholders, customers, certification bodies and regulatory authorities

Profile sought Education & experience Engineering degree or higher education in Quality, Industry, Risk Management or equivalent field Proven experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management Experience in an industrial, aeronautics, defense, space, automotive or regulated sector environment Solid understanding of compliance, governance and quality assurance issues Technical skills Quality Management System (QMS) Standards and frameworks: ISO 9001, EN9100, ISO 27001 (depending on environment) Quality audit management CAPA / Non-conformities / Root Cause Analysis Risk management and regulatory compliance Continuous improvement ( Lean, 8D, RCA, FMEA ) KPI management and quality reporting Personal qualities Excellent analysis, structuring and formalization skills Transversal leadership and ability to unite different interlocutors Rigor, autonomy and sense of priorities Strong ability to adapt in complex and international environments
