As part of strengthening supplier performance and quality within a large international industrial group, we are looking for a Production, Industrialization and Supplier Quality Engineer (M/F) Your main missions The expected services notably concern: Curative and corrective processing of detected supplier non-conformities
Participation in the management and resolution of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective action plans
Conducting supplier audits, diagnostics, and qualifications (first-of-a-kind, industrial processes)
Qualification and monitoring of special products and processes
PRR and FAI industrialization
Production transfer
Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of supplier steering indicators (OTD, OQD, quality and performance reporting)
Monitoring of supplier action plans and the definition, approval, and application of monitoring plans
Taking charge of industrial transfer projects, guaranteeing compliance with the schedule and technical requirements
Planning and conducting industrial progress reviews
Conducting risk analyses (AMDEC, process analyses)
Expected deliverables Conducting supplier audits
Curative processing of non-conformities
Reporting and supplier performance indicators
Profile sought Engineering degree or Bac+5, ideally with a specialization in Quality / Industrial
Confirmed experience in production quality within a demanding industrial environment
Professional English is imperative
Analytical spirit, rigor, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable in multicultural and technical environments
Required technical skills Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – Confirmed (important)
Supplier audit / PTR – Confirmed (desirable)
Quality tools: 8D, QRQC
Project management, APQP
Risk analyses: AMDEC
Knowledge of aeronautical and/or automotive standards (EN9100, GRESS, GRAMS, ASR)
