As a Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM), you will be responsible for the OTD and OTQ performance of suppliers. Your main objective will be to guarantee supplier compliance with quality requirements and delivery deadlines, while supporting continuous improvement of processes within the supply chain. Missions and Responsibilities: Operational Management of Non-Conformities Responsibility: Manage supplier non-conformities through the use of a dedicated management tool. Activities: Identify and analyze the root causes of non-conformities in collaboration with suppliers. Implement corrective actions and monitor their deployment in order to eradicate non-conformity problems in a sustainable manner.

Audit Management Responsibility: Perform product audits at suppliers, according to the established quality framework. Activities: Perform a complete audit on supplier sites (on average 1 audit per year per supplier, representing 2 to 3 days of travel per year per supplier). Identify major and minor deviations during the audit. Ensure follow-up of necessary corrective actions and verify their relevance over time, in order to guarantee supplier compliance.

Lead Time Management and Delivery Forecasting Responsibility: Resolve issues related to delivery times and delivery forecasts. Activities: Work on fundamental supply issues such as the qualification of raw material suppliers, minimum order quantities, and material obsolescence. Ensure good management of forecasts and delivery times, in collaboration with suppliers, to maintain a smooth supply chain.

Industrial Subjects Responsibility: Collaborate within multifunctional teams to resolve industrial issues encountered at suppliers. Activities: Work on industrial problems related to obsolete tools, materials that cannot be found in qualified suppliers, or changes in industrial sites. Participate in the management of industrial projects to guarantee the continuity of production and deliveries.

For this Supply Chain Quality Manager position, we are ideally looking for engineers or people who have obtained a Master's in the field of quality or Supply Chain. Good mastery of Excel/Gsheet and good knowledge of the supply chain and quality principles (problem solving, corrective actions, continuous improvement) are also required. A good level of English is necessary, as well as national or international mobility (3-4 days of travel are to be expected per month).
