Remuneration: Between 36 and 48k€ depending on experience

Start date: As soon as possible Reporting to our aeronautical teams, you will be the balance point between the understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and operational performance in a demanding aeronautical environment. Your main missions: Collect and analyze business needs related to aeronautical systems (production, maintenance, system engineering, operational data…).

Translate these needs into clear functional and technical specifications for the engineering teams.

Participate in the design of solutions improving the performance, traceability, and reliability of systems.

Support the validation and functional acceptance phases.

Ensure the consistency of processes and the correct understanding of business stakes within the technical teams.

Be a key player in communication between engineers, business managers, and project management.

Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent Bac+5, with a specialization in aeronautical systems, mechatronics, electronics, data, or technical project management.

Confirmed experience (3 years and +) in functional analysis, system engineering, or technical project management in the aeronautical or industrial field.

Good knowledge of industrial processes and the life cycle of aeronautical systems.

Ability to understand complex technical subjects and translate them into concrete solutions for business users.

Rigor, listening skills, interpersonal ease, and analytical spirit are essential to succeed in this interface role.

A good level of technical English is required.
